Chaser Referral Program

These terms govern Chaser’s referral program. By sharing your referral link or signing up through one, you agree to these terms. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. How the program works

Every Chaser user has a unique referral link. When a new team installs Chaser on their Slack workspace through your link and starts a paid subscription, that team receives 2 months of their Chaser subscription free.

The reward goes to the referred team. Referrers do not receive cash, credits, or other compensation under the current program.

2. What counts as a qualified referral

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:

1. The referred team installs Chaser on a Slack workspace that has never had an active Chaser subscription or trial.
2. The signup is completed through your referral link.
3. The referred workspace belongs to a different company or organization than yours. Inviting coworkers to your own workspace is not a referral (though we encourage it!).
4. The referred team starts a paid subscription.

The 2 free months are applied to the start of the referred team’s paid subscription, for the plan they select. The free months have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a payout or account credit, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless we say otherwise.

One referral link may be credited per workspace. If a team signs up through multiple links, the link used at signup is credited.

3. Fair use

Don’t do these things — we’ll disqualify referrals and may remove accounts from the program if you do:

• Refer yourself, your own company, or workspaces you own or control.
• Spam your link in channels, communities, or to people who haven’t asked for it.
• Misrepresent Chaser, the offer, or your relationship with us.
• Promote your link through paid advertising, coupon or deal sites, or domains that could be confused with Chaser’s.

4. Changes to the program

We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time. Changes take effect when we post updated terms at this page. Referrals completed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time the referral was completed.

Note: These terms replace all prior versions of the Chaser referral program, including any programs offering cash rewards.

5. General

We make the final determination, acting reasonably, on whether a referral qualifies. Rewards may be withheld or reversed where we identify fraud or a breach of these terms. If a referred subscription is refunded or cancelled during the free period, no further obligation applies.
