Why did this message come from a teammate’s account?

In some cases, Chaser delivers reminders using the task creator’s Slack account — for example, when the task was created in a private DM, or to ensure only the assignee is notified for this reminder.

You’ll always see “Sent by Chaser” at the bottom so it’s clear where it came from.
